"Thanh was a highly effective and charismatic leader during a transitional period for the organization. She was brought on as CFCCA's Interim Director in 2021 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic due to her expertise in building and mentoring diverse teams, particularly in a museum context. She worked closely with our Board, staff and other stakeholders including our main funder the Arts Council England to lay the foundations for a new chapter in the Centre's 30-year history including planning a new team structure and a five year plan which focuses on embedding diversity into the team, Board and future projects. Thanh was the Audience Development Manager responsible for project-managing the organisations approach to developing our audiences in-line with our business plan and ensuring this was done at both a grass roots and strategic level. Thanh was also responsible for organising the collection of our audience data and producing a yearly report on the results, along with actionable recommendations.
